WLLE Chapters
Our mission is to mentor, support and inspire the future of law enforcement. The Los Angeles County Chapter of WLLE is proud and excited to represent everyone in the law enforcement profession, both women and men, sworn and professional staff. We are fortunate to have the support of many local chiefs of police, and our membership base encompasses officers, dispatchers, records supervisors, administrative aids, and CSO’s to name a just a few, all at different levels of their career.We join together for our bi-monthly lunch/training sessions to network, support and inspire each other. We are committed to developing the future leaders of the noble profession of law enforcement.
WLLE Central Coast
The Women Leaders in Law Enforcement- Monterey County mission is to promote the collaboration of women and men by enhancing relationships with all partners in law enforcement. We seek to share strategies for successful leadership, create strength within members, provide support to face the challenges of balancing work, home, and community, and promote the values and mission of the statewide Women Leaders in Law Enforcement organization.
WLLE El Dorado County
El Dorado County Women Leaders in Law Enforcement is committed to empowering the women leaders of our County’s Law Enforcement and Public Safety Agencies by fostering positive relationships, promoting leadership, and strengthening our collaborative partnerships.
WLLE Central California Chapter
The mission of the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement-Central California Chapter is to promote the collaboration and advancement of law enforcement professionals within our community. Through networking, mentorship, and training, we seek to inspire and guide the future of law enforcement while staying true to the values and mission of the statewide WLLE organization.
WLLE Tri-Counties Chapter
The Women Leaders in Law Enforcement Santa Barbara Tri-Counties chapter is committed to supporting everyone in the law enforcement profession, both women and men, sworn and professional staff. We wish to empower women in law enforcement to excel in their careers, break down barriers, and become effective and respected leaders in their organizations. Our membership is open to active and honorably retired sworn and professional staff. We strive to provide resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship to help women navigate the unique challenges they face in the field of law enforcement.
