Jessica brings over 26 years of law enforcement experience to her leadership coaching.  She earned her master's degree in Leadership from St. Mary’s College with an emphasis on coaching and facilitation and developed and implemented a research project on how managerial coaching serves to support leadership development in law enforcement.  

Now that Jessica is retired from law enforcement, she is focused on combining her work experience with her education to provide organizational leadership coaching to front line staff, mid-level, and executives, to achieve more effective communication skills, higher self-awareness and increase emotional intelligence for better performance and satisfaction.

She leads with authenticity, compassion, and vision and thoroughly enjoys people development.
